Client Profile

What We Do: We are a manufacturer of plastic products. Our two divisions make plastic bag and film products and Injection Molded products. We have our own Grizzly Brand Garbage Bags which we sell through chain retailers in Canada.

Our Clients: We sell to a wide range of large and small companies who need plastic bags or film or specialty plastic products. Industries include manufacturers, bakers, retailers, liquor, food distributors, restaurant, hotel, janitorial to name a few.

Our Challenges: Managing growth. Our business has grown by 50% per year for the past two years and we wrestle with the technical and human dimensions of successfully navigating this growth while trying to keep our customers happy.
