Site Statistics
Your
website visitors are telling a story;
are you listening? Even the most
basic web site statistics should
tell you how many people have visited
your site – not in the meaningless
form of ‘hits’, but
in terms of actual unique visitors.
But that is only the start. Your
website statistics should also tell
you how those visitors found you,
where they went on your site, what
page(s) they entered and left on,
and what days and times they most
frequently surf your site.
What
does this mean to your business?
Your
website stats can tell you how your
marketing is working, both online
and offline marketing, and what
parts of your website can be improved
to turn more surfers into clients.
If you’re not reviewing your
web stats at least quarterly, you’re
probably missing out on ways to
either capture more prospects or
at least spend more effectively.
